Age Restrictions

3. Payment & Billing Data
What we collect
- Credits purchased and transaction history
- Payment method details (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)
Who can access
Payment data is processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We only see transaction confirmations and your credit balance.
Legal basis
Contract (to process your purchase and deliver credits). Transaction records are retained for 10 years to comply with Swiss accounting law (OR Art. 958f).
4. Technical & Usage Data
What we collect
- IP address, browser type, device type
- Pages visited, time on site, referral source (via Plausible — anonymised)
- Error logs and performance data
Who can access
Used internally for troubleshooting and platform improvement. Plausible data is aggregate and does not identify individuals.
